Welcome to Cyberawareness Month!

This year’s campaign theme — “See Yourself in Cyber” — demonstrates that everyone is responsible for their online behavior. To help you turn away cyberattacks, a little knowledge teamed with critical thinking skills can go a long way!

Each week this October, we’ll focus on the “people” part of cybersecurity, sharing information, resources, and lots of fun to keep you cyber-secure. Our Cyber Awareness webpage is jam-packed with pertinent materials, facts, and lots more! We’ll focus on a different theme to help improve your cyber habits every week.

The theme of week 1 Is “Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).” You need more than a password to protect your online accounts, and enabling MFA makes you significantly less likely to get hacked.
